At GUIDE, the learning goal is determined from perfroming a instructional analysis. The learning goal is then placed up against the target learners and then we establish learning objectives. Taking into the account the skill level of the target pool, the learning objeactives are then modifued to establish performance objectives to give clear direction of how a learner can demonstrate mastery of the skill identified in the learning objectives.
